The equipment is all inspected and tested (by an electrical engineer), before being sold. Cleaning and minor repairs may also be done. ALL EQUIPMENT HAS A MONEY-BACK, RIGHT-OF-RETURN GUARANTEE. Any known defects and anomalies will be noted in each item's description (And we will look hard for them.).
If you would like any specific testing to be done on a piece of equipment, just ask. If you want more-detailed photos of a piece of equipment to be emailed to you, just ask. NOTE that not ALL listed items have already been tested: Please email Tom, at tomg@fullnet.com, if you're interested in the condition/status of a particular piece of equipment.
Our aim is to price everything significantly lower than any other test equipment dealer. You MIGHT find something cheaper on Ebay, but it will often be "untested, as-is, no returns". We don't know about you, but we just can't see paying a few hundred dollars for, say, a high-end Tektronix oscilloscope that MAY or MAY NOT be working! (By the way, we are also in the process of setting up our own calibration and testing equipment. So, we will be able to guarantee our oscilloscopes, generators, and other equipment, as "within manufacturer's specs", "calibrated by us", or "not within specs", etc, as the case may be. (Update: We can now verify the calibration and specs of most listed equipment.)
